REPLACEMENT POLICY

The product will be only replaced in two cases if The Damaged Product Received or The Wrong Product Received. Since the shipping conditions vary from country to country, the service provided is the result of the discipline followed by the people of that country. 

We have a replacement policy, which means you have 48 hours, after receiving your item to request a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A video while opening the product packing, including the clearly visible product information.

If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Damages and Issues

 
Please make unpacking video and inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

Exceptions / Non-Replaceable

 
We will not be able to replace the item incase no instructions are followed. The colors may vary as per the RGB and CMYK color palate, which may vary your colors while viewing on screen and after receiving the respective delivery. Please make sure your screen are calibrated correctly according to the real colors and you have complete understanding of the color palate while they are shown on Screen of your computer or mobile phone handset and Reality. Make sure you screen is calibrated accordingly before placing the order. Such minor change in the pallet color will not be considered, until the color is totally different.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to replace the item you have, and once the replacement is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


 

Refunds


We will notify you once your replacement is eligible and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved on your request, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
